Week Schedule April 12-16th

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: Weights/Running 3:15-5:15pm
Wednesday: Football work 3:15-5:00pm
Friday: Weights 6:00-7:30am Running 3:15-4:00pm

Sophomores: Follow the Monday-Thursday schedule

Football this week:
Monday/Wednesday- Screen Install Offense 7:00-7:40am
Tuesday/Thursday- 7on7 7:00-7:40am
