Week Schedule (Jan31-Feb 4th)

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday:
D-backs, WR, RB, QB: 6:15-7:45am weights, runnining 3:20-4:00pm
O-line, D-line, Linebackers: 3:20-5:30 weights and running

Wednesday:
competition day 3:20-4:00pm

Friday;
All players 6:15-7:45am weights, and 3:20-4:00 running
